How a price is built
- Base fare
Covers the first few kilometres for that vehicle size.
- Distance
A per-km rate after that, dropping to a lower rate on long trips.
- Extra stops
A small fee for each drop-off after the first. Up to 20 stops per order.
- Add-ons
Optional extras such as an extra helper, door-to-door or a round trip. Priced at booking.
Fees that can apply
Priority fee
An optional tip you add to get matched faster, up to RM100. It's its own line on your receipt and 100% goes to the driver. You can add more while we're still searching.
Waiting fee
Each vehicle includes free loading time at pickup (see the rate card). After that, a fee applies for every started 30 minutes. It's added automatically and 100% goes to the driver.
Cancellation
Free until a driver is assigned, and for 5 minutes after. After that, 50% of the base fare. Once the driver has reached your pickup, 100% of the base fare. We always show the fee before you confirm.
High demand
When many orders are waiting for few drivers in one district, prices there can rise a little, capped at a maximum multiplier. You'll see a "High demand" note with the multiplier on your quote before you book. It eases as drivers free up.

Pricing questions
Yes. The quote shows every line before you book. The only things that can be added later are a waiting fee (if loading runs past the free time) or a cancellation fee (if you cancel late), and both are shown to you.
Either the route changed, you added stops or extras, or the pickup district is in high demand. High-demand pricing is shown on the quote with its multiplier, and is capped.
All of it. Priority fees and waiting fees go 100% to your driver. Drivers keep 80% of the rest of the fare.
Yes. Business accounts can ship on credit and get one invoice a month, with cash-on-delivery collections netted off.

"From" covers the first 5 km. Long trips over 30 km use a lower per-km rate. Add-ons: door-to-door RM15 (not for motorcycles), extra helper RM40 (pickup, van, lorries), COD collection RM2.
