"From" covers the first 5 km. Long trips over 30 km use a lower per-km rate. Add-ons: door-to-door RM15 (not for motorcycles), extra helper RM40 (pickup, van, lorries), COD collection RM2.

Questions, answered
A base fare for each vehicle size covers the first 5 km, then a per-km rate (lower on long trips), plus a small fee for each extra stop. You see the full price before you book, and add-ons like an extra helper are always optional.
Cancelling is free until a driver accepts, and for 5 minutes after. After that, the fee is 50% of the base fare. Once the driver has reached your pickup, it's 100% of the base fare. We always show the fee before you confirm.
Every vehicle includes free loading time at pickup, from 10 minutes on a motorbike to 90 minutes on a 17ft lorry. After that, a small waiting fee applies for each started 30 minutes, and it goes entirely to your driver.
Yes. Enter the COD amount when you book and the driver collects it from the recipient. Business accounts get it offset against their monthly invoice.
Yes. Schedule a pickup anywhere from 15 minutes to 14 days ahead, and we'll match a driver before it's due.
